Terms of Service

Orbit Telematics provides a fleet intelligence platform including live GPS tracking, geofencing, alerts, reporting, and device management. Features available to you depend on your organization’s subscription and role.

Access is invitation- or administrator-provisioned. You must keep credentials confidential and notify your administrator of unauthorized use.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Access vehicles, locations, or data outside your authorized scope.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform or connected devices.
• Use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or discrimination.
• Share live tracking links or exports in violation of company policy or law.

Vehicle location and sensor data are owned or controlled by your fleet operator. You must use telematics data only for legitimate fleet operations, safety, and compliance purposes permitted by your organization.

Maps, push notifications, and device connectivity rely on third-party providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

GPS and device-reported data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not rely solely on the app for emergency or safety-critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Telematics and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, where applicable.

We or your administrator may suspend or terminate access at any time for policy violations or end of contract. You may stop using the service by logging out or deleting your mobile account.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your contracting entity with Orbit Telematics, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
